- M-Pesa prompt didn't arrive: Check you entered the correct number. The prompt may take up to 60 seconds. Ensure you have sufficient M-Pesa balance.
- Paid but plan not showing: Refresh the page. If the issue persists after 2 minutes, email support with your phone number and payment time.
- Questions about your treatment plan: See our FAQ. For medical questions about your specific situation, consult a pharmacist or doctor — UlCure cannot give personalised medical advice.
- Subscription or billing issues: Log in to your account and visit the Billing section, or email contact@ulcure.clinic.
